About Andhra Pradesh SSC Examination 2016

The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh has conducted SSC examinations from 26th March, 2016 to 11th April, 2016. AP government tried to conduct 10th class examination with Telangana state, but Telangana state did not accept AP proposal due to some reasons. Thereafter, newly formed two states have conducted 10th class exams separately. Telangana state SSC exams were started on 25th March, 2016. About 5.65 lakh students from 10,978 schools in the state will sit for exams this year 2016. A total of 2,383 centers have been marked for the exams by the Telangana state government. AP government is planning to release AP SSC results in first week of May, 2016. All appeared 10th class students will visit bharatstudent.com and know their results and also subject wise marks.

How to get AP SSC Results 2016 from Bharatstudent.com

1. Visit Bharatstudent.com, where you can find ‘study zone’ category in that click on exam results.
2. Enter AP 10th class 2016 hall ticket number and click on Go button.
3. AP SSC result will be displayed on the screen as per entered hall ticket number.
4. Candidate can note down his/her AP Xth class marks 2016 or take printout from bharatstudent.com for future purpose.

  SSC Grading System

SSC Grade Point Average (GPA) Sytem implemented from the year 2012

The SSC Board has changed the Grading system wherein the passed candidates will be alloted grades according to their marks. The Grades are given from A1 to E, including the failure students. the changes will be implemented from this year.

SSC - Grade Point Average (GPA) System

English, Telugu, Mathematics, Science, Social -- marks range Hindi -- marks range Grade Grade Point
92-100 90-100 A1 10
83-91 80-89 A2 9
75-82 70-79 B1 8
67-74 60-69 B2 7
59-66 50-59 C1 6
51-58 40-49 C2 5
43-50 30-39 D1 4
35-42 20-29 D2 3
34-0 19-0 E --


Example : Suppose a student got the grades as below

Subject Grade Grade Point
Telugu A2 9
Hindi A1 10
English B1 8
Mathematics A1 10
Science A1 10
Social Studies A1 10
 
So, the Grade Point Average (GPA) of the student is : 9+10+8+10+10+10 = 57/6 = 9.5 Points
